Investigating Usage and Attitudes Toward Artificial Intelligence Among Employees in a Communication Organization

چکیده :
This study investigated employees' positive and negative attitudes toward artificial intelligence (AI) using a descriptive-survey approach. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire comprising 16 closed-ended questions rated on a 5-point Likert scale, along with supplementary questions addressing AI usage patterns, frequency, and challenges encountered. The sample comprised 50 employees from Peyman Pardaz Communication Company, specializing in information and communication security services. Results revealed that positive attitudes toward AI, particularly regarding its potential to improve efficiency and streamline work processes, were high, with mean scores ranging from 3.82 to 4.26. Conversely, negative attitudes, such as concerns about job displacement, were comparatively lower, with mean scores ranging from 1.74 to 3.3. The findings underscore the importance of fostering positive attitudes through education and clear communication of AI's benefits while addressing potential concerns to promote its acceptance and effective integration within organizational contexts.
