چکیده :

The rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming higher education, offering new opportunities to enhance teaching, learning, and research. This paper studies the transformative potential of AI in improving the quality of education, facilitating personalized learning, and developing skills aligned with future job markets. The integration of AI in higher education is accompanied by significant challenges, including ethical concerns, social implications, and institutional barriers. This study highlights how policymakers can effectively use AI, and at the same time balancing technological innovation with ethical and social considerations. It also identifies strategies for promoting critical qualifications among students and faculty, enabling them to progress in an AI-driven economy. Special attention is paid to the role of professors as well. Finally, this work offers a roadmap for policymakers to integrate AI into higher education responsibly, ensuring that the transformative potential of AI aligns with societal and institutional values.
