To ensure better coordination in preparing presentation files, the following requirements are provided. These are the minimum mandatory criteria, and any files that do not meet them will not be accepted:
The PowerPoint presentation template is available at the presentation template link. Preferably, all slides—or at least the first slide—should follow this format.
The PowerPoint file must include a video of the presenter. At minimum, it should contain an image of the presenter along with their voice. Presentations without audio will not be accepted. A sample multimedia file is also available at the sample presentation video link. (Please note that the position of the speaker’s image on the screen is not important.)
The multimedia file (combining audio, video, and PowerPoint) can be created using various tools such as PowerPoint itself, Bandicam, and many other software programs. Our primary recommendation is Bandicam, followed by PowerPoint, as they allow better control over the final file size and can produce more compact files.
The final multimedia file size must not exceed 25 MB and must be uploaded via the following link: https://cloud.isc.ac/owncloud/ If the file size is larger, resolution reduction tools may be used. However, all text in the compressed file must remain clearly readable on all slides.
The total presentation duration must be between 10 to 12 minutes. Part of the evaluation for acceptance and issuance of the final certificate will be based on this criterion. Inappropriate files will not be accepted.
The deadline for file upload is May 20, 2026 (30 Ordibehesht 1405).
The presentation certificate for each paper will be issued electronically and the original hard copy will be sent within a maximum of one week after file upload (you do not need to wait until the deadline). The names of all authors must be included on the first slide of the PowerPoint, and all authors’ names will appear on the certificate.
