Important Notice Regarding the Postponement of This Year's Conference and How to Address the Current Situation
Dear participants of the ICeLeT 2026 conference, especially the respected authors of the accepted papers
As you are aware, the ongoing imposed war on our beloved country has led to restrictions in accessing Internet and even organizing in-person conferences. Despite the fact that the conference was postponed approximately for two months, in the hope that the situation would return to normal, it is still not possible to accurately predict the future conditions for the conference’s executive planning. I am sure our colleagues understand that more than half of the conference program involves keynote speeches and specialized panel discussions, which require international network connections that are currently unavailable. Therefore, after thorough reviews and consultations, the organizing committee has come to the following conclusions, which we wish to share with all of you:
1. The conference will be postponed until further notice, and the exact date will be announced after the situation normalizes. The final date will be communicated to participants at least 20 days before the start of the conference to allow for proper planning.
2. To ensure that authors have the opportunity to share their valuable contributions through the accepted papers and receive presentation certificates as soon as possible, two measures have been taken:
a. The first measure is that authors must prepare their multimedia PowerPoint presentation videos by May 5th at the latest and submit them to the conference secretariat according to the provided guidelines. After approval by the reviewers, the presentation certificate will be issued and sent.
b. The second measure is that all presentation files (as multimedia files) will be made available on the conference website from now until the final conference date so that the scientific efforts of the authors can have a timely impact on the development of knowledge. This will allow for both the presentations to be shared, certificates to be issued, and enough time for interested parties to benefit from the content. Offline Q&A sessions with the authors will also be organized.
3. Other sections of the conference, including keynote speeches and specialized panel discussions, will be planned and executed only at the time of the final conference.
Once again, we apologize for the created circumstances and hope that the above arrangements will provide relative satisfaction. We remain hopeful for the prosperity of our country and people and for the swift organization of the final conference.
